Performance Test of Silent Airport Baggage Trolley (JIS Standard of Japan): According to JIS Standard B8720, the rated load starting force of 150KG series silent trolleys must be below 10KG. The rated load starting force of 300KG series silent trolleys must be below 14KG. The center of the plastic car plate is tested with a force 4 times the rated load. The car plate cannot be broken, the bending of the car plate is less than 7mm, and returns to normal in 15 minutes. Armrest: Add a force 6 times the starting force to the armrest for 1 minute. After lifting, the armrest shall be free of any deformation or looseness.

According to Japanese JIS standard B8720
Load: 150KG series mute trolley rated load starting force must be below 10KG

Car plate: test the center position of the plastic car plate plus 4 times the rated load-bearing force, the car plate can not be broken, the car plate bending is less than 7mm, and return to normal in 15 minutes.

Caster: rated load 3 times the weight of the caster pressure, 3 minutes after lifting the test gravity, caster bracket is not deformed, rotating shaft, guide shaft must be no gap, loose phenomenon.
Silent airport luggage trolley running test: under the condition of rated load, it runs continuously for 10 kilometers at a constant speed of 4 kilometers per hour. Caster rubber can not be due to heat and deformation, wear, cracks and other phenomena.
