During the transition period, the maintenance branch took safety production as the foothold and stabilized the staff's thinking as the premise, and actively did a good job in the maintenance and coordination of the Ordos Maintenance Department. The maintenance branch appointed special personnel to Erdos in advance to understand all kinds of matters of safety production and staff stability in the front line, exchanged discussions with employees and helped solve their practical difficulties, strengthened the shift management of personnel, further clarified and refined the work responsibilities of the personnel on duty, and ensured the smooth progress of various work during the transition period. At the same time, the maintenance branch sends an agreement termination letter to each airline to notify the ground maintenance agreement of the specific termination time node.
At present, the maintenance branch has allocated work places to 14 former Erdos maintenance personnel according to work needs, and has properly arranged the accommodation of the personnel and the handling of certificates in the control area. Next, 14 employees will receive apron operation management rules, workflow and relevant training before admission in Hohhot, Baotou, Bayannaoer, Chifeng and Tongliao locomotive security departments.
