After nearly 2 months of personnel training and practical simulation, the trial operation of the large team of the passenger branch of the ground service department of China Eastern Airlines Gansu Branch was officially launched at 06:00 a.m. on June 6, and all the work was carried out in an orderly manner. It is understood that in order to do a good job in the trial operation of the large team, the passenger branch will check in the branch check-in room from the actual production and staff needs through various methods such as going out to study and on-site investigation.

It is understood that in order to do a good job in the trial operation of the large team, the passenger branch, starting from the actual production and employee needs, divided the branch check-in room, waiting room and high-end customer room into three groups, namely group 1, group 2 and group 3. All personnel participate in check-in, waiting, high-end and other related business operation process training; the three large groups alternate with each other, and the personnel take the work and rest mode of one day off and two days off. Each group will arrange 3-5 standby personnel according to the number of flights during shift handover, I .e. 1 group is 2 standby groups, 2 groups are 3 standby groups, and 3 groups are 1 standby group; The standby personnel are only on duty during the peak flight period, and the rest of the time are on standby in the apartment waiting for branch deployment; when the flight is delayed in a large area, all staff should be on duty; this will maximize the human resources, effectively reduce the work pressure caused by the shortage of personnel in each room, and improve the comprehensive ability and quality of the staff to a greater extent, which has laid a solid foundation for the upcoming peak season production.
